RTA Drivers and Vehicles

The RTA Drivers and Vehicles app is designed to support the citizens of Dubai for drivers and vehicles related services. The list of services currently offered are both information and transactional in nature. This app will also be continuously updated and enhanced with additional services and features to enhance customer satisfaction and ease of access anywhere, anytime.

Key Features included in this app:

- Register once on any RTA app or through RTA portal & use the same credentials across RTA apps, alternatively use your My ID credentials to access the apps
- Familiar Look and Feel across Applications
- RTA has enabled transactional services on the mobile applications with the Dubai Smart Government payment gateway, mPay and ePay, to enable Customers with secure payment gateways
- Ability to rate RTA smart services by providing valuable feedback to enhance the customer experience
- Report Technical issue directly within the app
- Proactive reminders & notifications that allow customers to take timely action
- Ability to view real time information of your RTA products through interactive widgets
- Locate RTA service centers closest to your location through GPS functionality
- Reduce data entry by scanning the vehicle registration / drivers license bar code.

- Apply for renewing a driver license
- Apply for Replacing a lost or damaged driver license
- Apply for issuing a certificate letter, related to drivers (experience certificate)
- Apply for renewal of vehicle registration
- Apply for renewing vehicle registration card and change of plate number
- Apply for issuing a vehicle registration card in replacement of a lost/damaged one.
- Apply for issuing a Vehicle Ownership Certificate or none ownership of a vehicle
- Inquire and Pay for Traffic fines
- Apply for buying a distinguished number plate
- Distinguished vehicle plate number certificate in replacement of a damaged/lost one
